Our family has always worked with Neil Beck, from my nephew, my brother and most recently my dear mother. Neil has always been very professional and goes beyond the call of duty making sure that my mother was well taken care of he was there every step of the way . My mother would not of had it any other way. Neil I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this experience a beautiful transition. People like you sure make the process a bit easier. Neil stay sharp and true to what you do. I'm sure we will see you again in the near future .
I am so grateful for the wonderful assistance offered to me and my family by Justin Hyer who is one of the advisors at Mt View Terrace Memorial Park in Tacoma. Our circumstance was unusual in that this was not a recent death but the discovery of our long lost family member buried here. Justin is professional and empathetic and compassionate. Because we are in another State he sent pictures of the exact Burial site which is beautiful. He answered all of our questions and patiently helped us to choose a memorial marker that reflects our family member perfectly, honoring his military service and his home State of Wyoming. Justin listened so attentively to my stories and I felt confident that we were receiving the very best service we could ask for. Thank you Justin.
Mountain View was nothing short but professional and considerate during the most difficult time for myself and my family. Going through this funeral home, in Richard’s care alleviated a lot of stress. From the start, they successfully performed everything in their power to fulfill all of our wishes for our family, especially during a holiday. Through them the process was trouble-free and would go through them again, without question.
I recently visited Mountain View to pay my respects to my uncle, who was an important influence in my life. Despite all of these Covid challenges, the place looked well kept. But it's not a tiny place so I asked a gentleman there if he could tell me how to find my uncle's plot. Lance (Morris?) actually walked me to it and put some nice finishing touches around it and left me to pay my condolences. Very kind and helpful. Thank you Lance and thank you Mountain View.
I had my mother's memorial just recently and Kristin went the extra mile to make sure my mothers remains were well taken care of. She had total compassion for my situation, and treated the whole experience with great respect. I would recommend her to provide great service to your family as she made mine the best stress free experience.
