Consulate General of Kuwait

Every single time I call either the DC or LA office, no one is helpful. Literally no one answers my questions. They just refer me back to the website as if it contains all the answers or they'll allow the phone to ring off the hook to avoid answering questions. My passport expired long time ago and each time I try to renew it with them in LA they ask me to pay the fees and FedEx my paperwork and sure enough not even one response from them.nnP.S I’m not trying to apply for visa or something I’m just Kuwaiti citizen.

I've never seen such terrible service provided by an embassy specially when they're representing Kuwait in the United States. This is the second time I've sent in some papers to get signed and have spent a lot of money sending them checks and express shipping costs both times, just to know that they are not even doing their work right. Which devastates me, knowing that being an international student in the United States I cannot even rely on the embassy that I am supposed to feel secured about.

They decided not to show up for work ROFL, and no it wasnt a holiday.

My experience was similar to other's here. The women I spoke to on the phone was short with me and though she answered my questions, she didn't seem to really listen to everything I was asking and told me to just use the website. She abruptly put me on hold when I was in the middle of a sentence, so overall the customer service is poor.nnIf you want information, just rely on the website or contact others that you know bevabec calling the consulate is unhelpful.

The lady who answered the phone was very rude and impolite, she doesn’t respond like a professional employee of a consulate , she responds like you asked her for a billion dollars !nRelax you’re not a Goddess!
