Very nice sale team, I was there for renovate my graphic design studio, and they helped me to get what I was looking for! Amazing slabs and a huge choice of beautiful tiles. All the products are high quality and most of them imported from Italy. Recommend!

This is a really good tile shop. I have been given excellent customer service. The information, knowledge of their products and suggestionswas terrific. The products are of high quality with very competitive prices and a large selection. I am really happy with my new tiles.

Went in there to look for subway tiles yesterday and recommendations for shower floor tile. Morrison was so helpful, made phone calls for turn around time for tile not in stock, and was very patient with all our questions. Will be ordering this week!

I called and the customer service was very poor. They said they couldn't talk on the phone.

Reka and the other designers are so helpful and knowledgeable. It's tough serving a bunch of folks who are challenged by design ideas, color and texture, delivery issues and commercial details, but Cal Tile pulls it off. I'm very happy with my purchases here, and will continue working with them on new projects. Thanks Reka and Cal Tile!
