Quick service , the guy even skipped his lunch hour to help us out because we were the last ones
This is a bit of a late post, but I just wanted to thank Hamid Ali for all of his help with my mom's attestation paperwork. We went in February (the 3rd, I think) and although it was a complicated process, Mr. Ali was able to help us out a lot and finish it within about 2 1/2 hours. We really appreciated his patience and advice throughout the entire process. Great customer service!
Joke of an online passport renewal system. It's supposed to make things easier, but the format of the online application, forms required and especially the fingerprint 600 dpi requirement is impossible to fulfil using the most advanced scanner at Staples. ZERO customer support.
I would like to thank Consulate General of Pakistan LA team (Mr. Hamid Ali in particular) for an excellent service and experience. First time I needed support for passport and birth certificate related issue. The entire team is super friendly and willing go an extra mile to make things easier for overseas Pakistanis. Second time, I needed a faster response for power-of-attorney matter and again I got the same level of service.
Kudos to the Pakistan Consulate team in Los Angeles. I went in for a same day visa service and I was in and out in one hour and 15 minutes. Once I took the number, my turn arrived systematically and quite rapidly. Hamid Ali, who was helping me, was polite, courteous, helpful and professional to the core. I noticed that he treated everyone with equal respect and courtesy. It is refreshing to see such professional and customer focused conduct from government officials. Thank you!
