Was wrong / poorly informed about alternative after I was stolen passport.nIt was a long time before I went home so I had plenty of time.nAsked how I could get home, got two options either travel document (about 25 usd) or emergency passport (85 usd).ntravel document was not possible aliquot. I paid and applied for emergency passport. It was not approved either. I had to call San Francisco.nnThe first thing I was told here was that I could only order a whole new passport.nChange with years I didn't have to pay double fortunately.
