Sivan phoned me on 08.31.2020 about a passport renewal issue and she was absolutely lovely. Warm, helpful and friendly. No complaints.

Scheduled an appointment only to be told day of I am not on the list a month after scheduling the appointment. No one picks up the phones either, you have a better chance of reaching aliens before someone answers a phone call....

I can’t get theM to answer the phone already 1 week

They are great people, you just need to know Israeli culture. I've been trying to contact them but it is the weekend. Thank you Israeli consulate!

I don’t get it you supposed to give service. Never picking up the phone and not helpful at all.
