I have always experienced great, friendly and professional service at the Consulate General of Austria. Both Cecilia and Martina provide accurate and helpful information to make the process simple and efficient. Very easy to communicate with and always appreciate their help whether in the office or on email.

Made an appointment to get my passport renewed the website was super easy and helpful brought in all my documentation and Cecilia was super nice she quickly checked all my documents and I was on my way within 30 min. Definitely recommend this Consulate!

I submitted all the required documents with copies but a male staff didn't find one so he went to make a copy himself, which I didn't know. However an older female stuff saw it and shouted at me very angrily saying that I should have made a copy and so on. I then tried to show her where the copy was but she stopped it. It was horrible and scaring. Btw, this happened in 2015. Hope things get better now.
