Turner & Stevens Live Oak funeral home and mortuary, treated my family and I with so much compassion and respect. They went above and beyond our expectations. They were very organized and they were always asking before any decisions were made. Special thank you to Jaime, Lupe and Susie who did a wonderful job.
Both of my grandparents my mom and four dear friends are resting peacefully now. This is a beautiful places and I come here often to sit and remember them all. Thank you for keeping everything so beautifully manicured. I will no doubt be resting here myself some day.
please keep your restrooms open weekends. It makes no sense to keep your restrooms close on weekends. Not sure why restrooms are close but it makes no sense. People are using the restrooms by the bushes because all restrooms are close during the entire day on weekends makes no sense. You guys make enough money to have someone open and close the restrooms. Huge problem for women and kids. They have to go Jack in the box to use the restrooms. Wow. Very very disappointed.
I worked with Jesse and he was a very understanding rep. He took into account all of our options and put himself in our shoes as best as possible. I appreciate his help. Receptionist 50/50 but overall a pretty good place. Cheaper than Pasadena.
Very sadly my uncle had passed and asked to be barried here and we tried to make his request happen but with the financial issues due to covid we had to go to something more affordable, but in the process of his body being transferred they lost his body which did not better the situation. Now they are trying to get a full payment for no service and a lack or responsibility. And then they called to ask us to take our bad review cause it looks displeasing on there business. If the business was doing their job right we wouldn’t have to write a bad review.
