Love Kohl’s! Shop here all the time. Kohl’s, I just wanted you all to know, since Shoe Carnival (which I did not spend a dime in today) can’t clean their restrooms because they don’t have a “janitorial service” they are directing patrons from their establishment, to use your restrooms. What are your thoughts on this? The call to action I would think is to have a discussion with Shoe Carnival and have them pay 1/2 of your janitorial services. Extraordinary times call for extraordinary measures. Thank you Kohl’s for letting me use your restroom!

So the dressing rooms are closed... I have to go home to try on my clothes. I return with two items that didn't fit. One I was able to switch out because they had the exact same item and another I attempted to trade for an item that cost $3 more... I was willing to pay the extra $3 bit they tried to charge me an extra $10 because of I got a discount in my entire purchase at first. I know this doesn't make sense but if I would have brought everything back, returned it, and re purchased it I would only paid the extra $3... Of course I left without paying the extra because why would I pay an extra $10 for something $3 different after I had to come back because I couldn't try it on in the store. They create a lose lose. I lost because it wasted my time and they lost the original item was returned and they didn't keep the money. If they would have down the exchange properly It would have been a win win because I would have got my clothes and they would have brought in even more money than before. Not to mention the girl that did the exchange was super rude about it.
We love kohl's. Great prices when you shop the sales/ clearance and have coupons.
