Went in to do some returns at 10:30am, only to find 2 cashier's and a line wrapped around, nobody doing returns and when asked for help was informed the two that should be there helping were out getting pizza.. at 10:30am
So they expect you to sit and wait for their returns clerk to run an errand? Lol
Ross is terrible. They discriminate against you if you have health conditions, which is illegal. Their front door employee stated that their policy trumps the law and was willing to call the cops on me for not wearing a mask. I will not give them my business and I suggest you don't either. Even benign medications like penicillin can be deadly to some people- masks are not benign for everyone. Go somewhere where your medical rights are respected and you can shop in peace, like a normal human. They ought to be ashamed of themselves.
They could do A LOT better job at keeping their bras ORGANIZED and also having way more of a selection would be great! Finding bigger bras is hard!!!
Ross is great..knowledgeable employees,very polite also. Great place with great prices too..very helpful.
