Came here after being turned away from the Bluff St location and customer service. Jennifer helped out and was amazing! Definitely the got to Metro PCS in St George.
Visited this store to pay my bill (after being unable to pay it in the app or online) and found it closed. After waiting a while someone arrived and unlocked the door and opened the store (1 hour and 15 minutes after the store was supposed to open). She was not wearing a uniform or any kind of identification. A mistake was then made upon paying my bill and the agent was unable to correct it or help in anyway. Stay clear of Metro by T-Mobile! We've had nothing but bad service from their dealers.
Worst staff of metro I've ever been acquainted reside in this town both locations have dimwitted females tending to people. They are racist and ignorant. They know very little of anything to do with metro and metro policy. Not helpful. Quiet, Slow and annoying.
Talks on the phone with other customers when I was the only one who was there. They let a new customer go in front of me after I had already initiated my circumstance to her and she was already helping me or not helping. One of the ladies even started talking in Spanish to someone else about my wife and I right in front of me saying derogatory remarks. If Metro wants business they ought to fire both these girls. I'm switching service over this unprofessionalism.
