I first came here with a Groupon a few months before my wedding. I had never been sugared before. Now I couldn't imagine going with out it!nI've been going to this place every month for 2 years. I love it! Great customer service, quick to respond, very comfortable atmosphere. I would recommend this place to anyone in my area!

Wanted to make an appointment but the young lady at the front desk seemed a little scattered and the other lady Dianne, I believe her name was, seemed to have a bad day and came across as rude. Decided to go to a different day spa for services.

This place gave me a full Brazilian wax, I believe reasonably priced. I hadn't had a wax in a while so it was very painful, but I will definitely be back here! The appointment only took I wanna say 30-40 minutes? My first experience was at a beauty salon that wasnt as experienced with waxing so the right kind of wax was not used, and it took 2 hours long. I tried sugaring my second time and also someone who wasnt as experienced because it was farther away, and due to traffic I had to be late and they couldnt give me someone experienced. This place is much closer to where I live and work right now which is WAY more convenient. The lady that did my wax today is VERY experienced and is a master at it. This place mostly does waxing unlike other places I visited. Didnt get the lady's name, but she was great and gave great advice!! I will be back to keep the waxes a regular thing so that it wont be as painful. Thanks!! Much loveud83dudc99
