If I could I would give no stars at all this lady named Nancy is so unprofessional. This lady did some shady things and did not allow me to put my fathers headstone when she promised I would be able to. She made me purchase it and later some one else was able to put it in without consent from family members. She made me purchase it and now I stuck with it and paid over 4k .
The lady that works there is rude and disrespectful. Mistreating people that are trying to lay their love ones to rest. Making their day worse.
Bad place to bury your love ones. A friend of mine her husband was treated very bad very rude people!nThey need to learn compassion!!
Rude and they arent compassionate. Despite the husband asking nicely the lady was yelling at a grieving father to please allow just family siblings to watch them lay down their son to rest. It was all caught on video. I would never recommend this plac .
Very disrespectful, to a person. I follow on facebook that angry lady nancy should not be working there... thanks to the people she has a job that she doesnt deserve...Desiree just wanted to lay her son in peace and this lady made it so difficult for her and her family....
