Lot, yard amd office are super CLEAN, TIDY, ORGANIZED. Office smells like a dream ALWAYS, you can tell its run by a woman. Owners are courteous and mindful of drivers needs, and do their best to make it a nice job. Trucks and traers are really nice, trailers have all the lights and amenities. Nice place to work!

Grate company to work for family owned and ran and there care about there drivers as a person not a number

This company is not in compliance with DOT regulation. If you want to work for this company as a driver, go ahead and apply for a job. And do a job interview. At your job interview you tell them that you will only run it legal. So lets say you get a five picker. You pick up at your first place and load. Then you pick up at second place and load. But lets say you can't load legally at your third pick for whatever reason ( no truck zone, or you have to block two lanes of busy traffic to get your trailer in the door ). So at your job interview you tell them this quote and quote, and I promise you that they won't hire you, " So lets say my third pick can't be done legally. I will send a message out on the qualcalm and I will text the owner and dispatch that I can't load my third pick legally for whatever reason, and I'll explain the reasoning why. After i send that message out, i expect to be given instructions on how to do my job legally. Or the load gets cancelled or its given to another driver that is willing to break the law. But I will only accept loads that can be picked up legally ". If you say that at your job interview, you'll quickly learn how legal this company is. When someone posts a negative comment about a company, there's always two sides to every story. To cut all the nonsense, feel free to say that at the job interview. And be stern about it when you say you'll only run it legal. DO NOT TAKE MY WORD FOR IT. If you ask the right questions, you will learn how this company breaks the law.
