I came from out of town to visit Daves Tile City Tiles. When I first walked in I was warmly welcomed by several staff members. They were very busy at the moment but very attentive to my presence as I was walking around the show room.I could tell that their concern for their customers is authentic. Daves Tile City showroom is set up very nice and organized, it was clean and easy to navigate through. The atmosphere is positive, I definitely felt like I was in the hands of professionals as far as product knowledge and design. The product they offer is very nice, definitely high-quality they have a lot of different styles to choose from. They also carry setting materials. Not to bad. A bit pricy but the quality is good. Customer service was okay could have been a tad better, especially considering you can get a lot of the same stuff from Home Depot or Lowes for 1/4 the price. Overall though we are happy with the end result.
