I drove a long way to check this place out and I was NOT disappointed!! The owners were incredibly nice and so very helpful. I just opened an Etsy store and up till now have only shopped online or at big retail chains like Michaels and this was a completely different experience. Manik spent a lot of time with me picking things out and making suggestions and working with me on pricing and I’m sure we all know customer service like that can be a rarity. It was COMPLETELY worth the hour it took to get there and then some. I highly recommend making the trip to see these guys!

I am staying at my brothers in Livermore and I had some very special prayer beads (mala) break. It would seem simple to re-string but I’ve run into issues in the past. I was a little worried as i have a tight timeframe and don’t know the area.nnI phoned Beads at Beads and talked to the owner. He was very kind and understood immediately. He gave perfect directions as I am not familiar with the area and his staff in the store were great. I still need to get my mala back but I feel really good with the transaction.nnAlso the store has really nice gemstones as well as beads. I would definitely come back if I needed anything they had. Definitely worth the drive.

Love the collection of beads and other stones in their new store which they moved recently.The employee working there was so nice and helped answering all my mom’s questions.One of the best stores in fremont.

They do have a lot of different options for beads that I was not anticipating to see. Employee working the day I stopped was very nice, answered all the questions I had..even suggesting a couple items to look at that I had not considered for my project.nA bit expensive for the projects I am currently working on but the quality is worth it.
