They have no time for you if your not spending BIG money. I stopped in to see about getting more of something I bought long ago. The sales gal was rude and dismissive. There might be some of what I'm looking for at another location but she couldn't be bothered to check. Couldn't be bothered to get my number to get back to me later. Couldn't be bothered to give me information so I could look elsewhere for it. Very snobby shop!

I love Eve! She was so great to work with. All things arrived as ordered. The facility is well run! Prices lower than most. Selection stunning!

Thank you Tom and Import Tile Co.! Thanks to your expertise and patience in explaining the pros and cons of real marble versus porcelain tiles - my contractor and I were able to make good choices. We kept having to go back for more supplies and Tom was always there for us. He took to time to show us different options, and to come up with solutions. I will recommend you wholeheartedly and be back when we're ready for our second bathroom and kitchen.
