My mother and I stopped by to get a head stone for my brother. He passed away not long ago and we decided to stop by a place that could find easily and hope to make the process as smooth as possible. We stopped in met with one of the owners and we were met with concerned, empathy, understanding and compassion. They treated us with respect and the dignity, the way I feel anyone should in those sad and tender moments in life. I was given a certain dates by my family to meet and the folks at Bras and Mattos answered every email, every call and did everything they said they were going to do. They were patient with me and worked with my aggressive schedule to get things done for me and my family. I come from a large family and having to deal with more than 22 people and what form or another can be difficult. The folks at Bras and Mattos were a bright spot in an otherwise grim part of my life. I strongly recommend them

I don't know where to begin. Ryan was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and made it very comfortable, easy and was extremely patient with the many edits I requested. Not only was he professional, but he was genuinely compassionate during this difficult time. His professionalism, accuracy and empathy speaks volumes. Ali helped with final payment and she was an absolute sweetheart! Outstanding customer service overall and will definitely return! Great experience 100%!

The folks over at Bras and Mattos were simply amazing. They made me feel welcome and comforted from the moment I walked in the door. Ryan took care of every detail and he was completely happy to hear all of me and my wife’s sudden changes with patience and kindness. Ali in the business office was the rare business office person (those who’ve dealt with financial office people understand what I’m about to say) who was able to blend professionalism and kindness. Fantastic outfit I highly recommend.

We really enjoyed working with Ryan. He helped us bring our vision into reality especially in this difficult time. Ryan was very helpful, kind and very responsive with emails and texts . We only talked on the phone but I felt like I have known him all my life. He made us feel very comfortable to work with him . I would recommend Ryan and his company to my friends and family.
