Walked in to see if they had time for a mani/pedi. As soon as I walked in the young male at the front desk turned around and walked away. OK, so no big deal right. Maybe he was on his way to do something right before I walked in, I don't know. Waited patiently right there at the front desk, no sweat. But after a couple of minutes none of the employees there ever came up to the front, never acknowledged that I had even walked into the door.
Treated my sister and myself to a mani/pedi. I got an Ombré full set and French pedicure. My sister decided to only get a pedicure after she heard the prices. Total was $173 for two pedicures and and one full set. They charge for EVERYTHING! We were charged for the scrubbing tools used on our feet and an added fee for polish on our toes. Ridiculous! I’ve never been to a place where the polish wasn’t included with a pedicure. I understand if it’s a little extra for gel polish, but not for a standard of adding polish to a pedicure. That’s usually a given. I found a reasonably priced nail shop nearby and they do a great job there. I do not recommend Dream Nails and Spa. Prices really need to be reevaluated. Not worth it.nnLastly, nowhere on their site it read that they only accepted cash tips. As soon as you walk in it’s posted near the front counter. I didn’t have time to stop by the ATM to tip in cash. However, I learned that they do accept cash app for tips.
I went there on Friday to get mani, pedi and eyebrow! They burned my skin! I also had the worst chemical reaction! I went to talk the manager, and they act like they didn’t care! I had to seek medical treatment! I got big scar on my face from the wax too! Unacceptable!!
I'm new to the area and tried out Dream Nails because of the reviews and for the most part the reviews are correct, professional, quality work, and pricey. The salon is clean and the staff are professional. Donnie was the first to do my nails and he did an excellent job. Since then I have been to him three times and was pleased each time.
I just had my own nails done with polish & gel. It was a great experience & my nails look amazing!! I WILL return to keep having them done! Thank- you Dream Nails & Spa for making my 1st experience so wonderful ud83dude0a
