I SHOULD have known that that this place was a bad IDEA from the very beginning. I scheduled my appointment (very inexpensives prices). I then called the establishment about inquiring the costs and if I can add on services; a lash tint and lash lift. I left a voicemail because no one answered. I DID NOT GET A CALL BACK FROM ANY STAFF MEMBER. On the email confirmation it states that the establishment reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee when you cancel within the 24 hours notice. I get a cold the day of. OF COURSE! But because it's within the 24 hour notice and no one answers phone calls. I drive there (21 min drive). The doors are closed because it's their lunch hour even though it states arrive 15 mins early. I am let in by one of the staff because I looked lost (which I was!). I was not given the right paperwork to sign off or ALL the paperwork that I needed to complete for DERMAPLANE service! I am there a good 20 mins before I am approached by a staff member asking me if I am just getting a cold or getting over a cold. She then asked me if I went to work. I answered yes to just getting a cold and yes, I did go to work!!! I understand that people do not want to get sick. I was asked to rescheduled. However, THIS PLACE did not answer my calls or previously returned any of my calls. I waited 20 mins to be told to rescheduled. I was sick as soon as I walked in. I literally wasted an hour of my personal time from work to not get any services done. All they had to say was sorry. BEYOND MAD WITH THIS PLACE
