It was good. Lady was very nice. But when she was brushing my hair she used a brush with hair already on it. Plus there was hair everywhere. Spa was nice. When I got the haircut it was really good only when she was doing the razer on my neck she did it a little to hard and it scratched my neck open a bit and it hurt but its still good. Like there products. If you do go get the wax spray.

Had a fantastic Pedicure with Victoria! She is very knowledg and professional. She safely and effectively exfoliated the rough skin on my feet, and taught me how to safely maintain my pedicure until my next appointment! I will be coming back on the regular for sure! The staff was friendly and the facility is very clean!

I had a deep tissue massage with Cindy. Possibly the best massage that I have ever had. She is strong and knows where to hit. She really feels your issues and definitely helps. Cannot wait to go again.

I don’t usually write reviews but I feel that after my experience today I should. First of all I want to start off by saying my experience with this salon has mostly been positive and have been coming here for 10 years first for hair now for facials. The lady who does my facials is awesome and would highly recommend her. Today however was not a pleasant experience with the front desk. I made an appointment a few weeks ago and stated I wanted a 60 min most basic facial, the receptionist who I spoke with then stated the spa facial which I said yes (this is what I have always gotten for many years). I go to check out and am told it would he $100, which I have always paid 70, so I questioned this and asked if prices went up, I was then told that I was scheduled for a Power Regeneration facial. I was confused because I do not even know what that is and obviously this is not my area of expertise so would not know the difference in the products used. I understood the service was already complete so did not want to be difficult but when the receptionist stated she was the one who made my appointment and that I “would have had to ask for it” did not set well with me as I was confused clearly if I was questioning the price and know what I get and pay each time. The receptionist then says going forward you need to be more clear about which facial. I explained that I recall the conversation when making the appointment and the power regeneration facial never even came up in the conversation, as it would not have on my end as I do not get that facial and had never heard of it. The lady who did my facial was nice enough to only charge for the spa facial however the receptionist still had an attitude, when she told me to put my card in the reader I did and then I asked if I could put a tip on the card, she rudely said “no, I would have to run it again,” well I did not want to inconvenience her any further so I said I had cash. After using a pen that was in the cup in front of me I placed it back not realizing they place them in a bucket to be cleaned I guess, at this point she picks it up out of the cup, throws it in the bucket and says rudely “this goes in here.” At this point I had enough, everyone makes mistakes but for the customer to be choosing to invest in a business especially now during all the chaos and then to be treated that way and blamed for her mistake/ miscommunication is unacceptable. I thought about speaking with the owner but after seeing many reviews I have read do not see a point. Businesses have to remember that how you treat clients is crucial in securing their return and investment.

I had my first facial with Daksha and she did a great job with it. As a result, my face feels smooth and clean. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family.
