I cannot recommend this place enough. I go for the infrared sauna for a medical condition so I do not really go for pleasure (although the sauna is very relaxing to me) The place is always very clean...the girl at the front.....Catrina is so awesome, she's not only so nice but extremely accommodating. The place always smells so good, and its so easy to get appointments! I love that they have packages/memberships for all different services and they are SO AFFORDABLE they don't rake you over the coals. I highly recommend this place.

I have NEVER received a better massage before. JIMMY and CATRINA were phenomenal.nnI am a sports massage therapist and I’ve been to several other therapists and I have to tell ya, JIMMY IS THE ONE. If you live within 45 minutes of Stafford, VA you need to be here monthly. ud83dude4fnnAlso, CATRINA and the front desk. I am so happy with how amazing and sweet Catrina is. She welcomed in and and made sure to take care of me while I waited. The entire front of the store looks beautiful and I cannot wait to go there again next week!
First massage at Stafford Massage and Healing Arts and I was not disappointed! I was greeted by 2 lovely ladies and a gentleman with smiles. My room was beautiful and had a relaxing atmosphere. Janae was my massage therapist and she was absolutely amazing! I hold a lot of tension in my shoulders and upper back. She released so much tension I felt so much lighter. I have never felt so much relief from a massage. Thank you Janae! I highly recommend Janae for your next massage!
