I needed price quotes on custom doors. I’ve been to three other places with very limited success. I came at 7 am to this Lowe’s and received fabulous service. “Chris” was able to do in 20 minutes what 3 other stores couldn’t do in over an hour. I asked for his card so I could tell the manager what a great job he did. Turns out Chris is the manager. I’ve never received individual service like that from a store manager. I am now working with Joseph who is also doing a great job. Never expected this level of service for a custom order from a big box store. Thank you Chris and Joseph.

Customer service desk is THE BEST. Wonderful service 11/11/2020 @ 5:26PM. You can hear the kindness in the young lady's voice. HOWEVER, an older lady associate walked by me a few times and not once asked if I needed help. You would think she would say something since I'm standing there looking at $140 door handles.nI previously had this place rated with 5 stars because the associates on the floor used to speak to you and genuinely want to help you.

I have used this Lowes for more than two years, and for good reason. The store is always orderly, clean, and well-stocked. The employees are routinely professional, knowledgeable, and kind. What is especially notable is that, while employees have come and gone - along with a diverse staff from younger to older, everyone is so professional and pleasant! This speaks volumes of the management. Great work!

Good, over priced on lumber. Feel we are being fleeced. 37.00 for one sheet of USB 7/16!

It's a good place to plan, summer projects, like gardening to remodeling a room or house.
