First American Carpet & Floors

We ordered approximately $8,000 of new flooring and had First American install it. The job was professionally done with skilled workers. About a week later we noticed a buckle in one of the boards in the middle of the living room. They came back out and completely redid a large section of the living room. Later, we discovered a second defective product board from Coretec the manufacturer. This was corrected also.nnIn one room we have two transition areas that go from wood to tile and from wood to stone. They tried on at least 3 occasions to glue down a wooden transition piece but it would not stay. My wife kept nagging me about the problem but I gave up on having them fix the transitions and am looking to have another contractor resolve the two issues.

Wonderful experience! Goli is fantastic! We came in not really knowing what we wanted and she was terrific. She led us through the process seamlessly. Excellent products and excellent installation. Installers were on time, polite, very knowledgeable and they had an attention to detail that I have not experienced before. Prices are good and fair. Our house looks gorgeous. 5-stars!!
