My transaction with Mattress Warehouse is by far the most convenient and quickest I’ve even been a part of. Along with the convenient aspect of their operation, the prices and discounts are just as qualitative. One representative in particular who made this all possible was a gentle name Brent. His effort and diligence in making sure I was receiving the most satisfactorily service was what stood out to me. He was kind, respectful, and understanding. Though these traits may be perceived as part of his job description, I would beg to differ. Customer service is this man’s expertise. Above all, stop by and check their great deals.

My husband and I bought a bed from Mattress Warehouse a few days ago and we couldn’t be happier with the experience we received. Tyrone is amazing and he made the entire experience lovely. Tyrone is outstanding and made one of the biggest decisions a very easy one. He provided personal testimony which was helpful for us. He didn’t oversell us, and was extremely knowledgeable about the different brands. We are ecstatic about our purchase and my husband and I cannot stop talking about our new bed. The manager, Tyrone was just absolutely amazing. As soon as we walked in we were greeted right away, felt very welcomed there. He helped me and my family find the best bed that was suitable for us. Very professional, very sweet and caring about his customers, super friendly! He wasn’t pushy or over selling at all. We went to another place to look for a mattress right after going into his store, just to see what other options there was and we were just not happy with the other place. We instantly walked out of the store and went right back to Mattress Warehouse. Highly recommend going there if you need a new bed. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Met with Tyrone Kelly who made my experience carefree and fun! Mr Kelly is a family man and treated me as such. I had already been shopping for a bed at another store and had almost made up my mind until Mr Kelly helped me choose a bed better suited for me. He listened to my health woes and suggested the perfect set to fit my needs. The entire process was so smooth and I will be sleeping in comfort tomorrow. Thank you Tyrone and Mattress Warehouse!
