My husband and I came in and received phenomenal help from TIM! He was very informative and got back with us about information regarding the mattress we wanted to purchase! The next day we came in to purchase our mattress and Aaron was there to go above and beyond to make sure we got the mattress protector that we wanted. He also gave us additional information on the mattress that we were purchasing that we did not know about. He made sure our mattress was sent out in a good time to get here with our bedroom set! I made a purchase for a mattress and base about a month ago and received the best customer service from start to end from Aaron. He was very patient and took time to find exactly what I was looking for, even when it was not available in the current store. The purchase was for my grandmother and she was very exited and comfortable with her new set. When I am ready to purchase more beds, I will most definitely go to Aaron.
Danny in Stafford Marketplace is amazing. He was incredibly knowledgeable, very honest, and made me feel like I was talking to a friend with my best interests at heart, not a salesperson. The return policy here is incredible. It’s comforting to know that if I choose the wrong mattress, I can return it without losing all my money. Highly recommend.
