Today was my first visit here. I had a powder dip manicure, a pedicure and an eyebrow wax and I absolutely love the results. A different girl did each one and they were all amazing. Probably the best nails and eyebrows I have had in a very long time, maybe ever, and I have been getting my nails done around Roanoke every month for probably 5 years. I will absolutely be coming back and probably won’t go anywhere else again. These ladies took their time and made sure everything was perfect! Also had very competitive prices

We called the morning of our appointment and were scheduled for 3:30. The phone call was a little bit confusing, but we got there in the end!nnWalked in a couple minutes early and they were BOOKED. Every chair full. Despite this, we were immediately served and provided with colour choices. One downfall was we didn’t actually sit down until around 3:50, but we were informed of the wait and absolutely didn’t mind. It was not the fault of the salon, just how busy it was!nnWe got two beautiful pedicures. The nail techs made sure we were comfortable and were satisfied with everything the whole time.nnOverall a great service!

This was my first time visiting this nail salon and I loved it! The salon was so pretty inside and comfortable. It was spotless! I have never been in a nail salon as clean as this one. Wendy did my nails with dipping powder and she took the time to show me different options. She took the time to use a tip and dip it in the powder I had chosen to show me what it would actually look like before I made my final decision. She is awesome! I love this place and will definitely be back. I live an hour away but the drive is completely worth it to me. Five stars all the way.

Calling to make my initial appointment, I was impressed by their professionalism. Their facility is very clean and organized. I never have to wait beyond my appointment time. I went to another local salon for 10 years. Someone recommended Wendy at Pearl, and when my regular technician was out sick, I decided to give Wendy and Pearl a try. I've been a regular ever since. Wendy is wonderful, very patient, and has an excellent eye for detail. From what I've observed, all of the technicians there are the same way. The prices seem to be only slightly higher than what I was used to, but so worth it!! The salon's serene atmosphere is a bonus. I have never had to listen to a technician argue with a customer or another technician.

This is a very clean and pleasant place to go for a pedi. They do not rush, they take their time. They have an arrange of different pedicure s to choose from. I highly recommend this business to anyone. I do not have nail done but, I suggest to call for an appointment. When you walk in your taken back quickly.
