They don’t take gift cards from 2019-2020. They are unorganized. Your appointment will be rescheduled time and time again. They have two phone numbers and will tell you to call the other phone. The place is outdated and freezing inside. The staff and owners constantly eat food before appointments. Male students made remarks about a female clients body. Male students hit on clients and would talk about their appearance in the breakroom. All of the female students are wonderful people and very polite and professional. Customers are not made to wear masks or sign hippa forms. They make staff look up odd and inappropriate things such as “breast milk” and make them file lawsuits with no knowledge about how to file one. They will not solve customer complaints, no matter who you are or how much you paid.nnIf you’re wondering how I know all this it’s because I was employed there. They gave me one single day of training. They expected me to purchase Microsoft excel on my personal computer without reimbursement.(it’s 60 dollars and im a college student) They made me redo simple tasks time and time again. They violated a contract that both me and the employer signed. They did not give me a set schedule and would take away or add hours without any notice. The desk I worked at was in a cramped corner where staff would lean over me without a mask in the middle of a pandemic.

New ownership, would no longer recommend. Students have been kind and skilled in the past (I’ve been using this facility for approximately 3 years), but I won’t be returning due to new ownership being difficult to work with, unprofessional, and rude.

I tried for over a week to make an appointment, leaving 2 separate voicemails with no one answering or returning my calls. Thankfully I was able to trade in my gift certificate for another place. I was disappointed since I had heard great reviews about this place.

I have paid for a voucher which requires 48 hours notice to your company, however NOBODY CAN ANSWER YOUR PHONE. My wife and I are very upset with the customer service. We have left 5 messages and called numerous times to set up the appointment... needless to say we will not purchase again.
