CLOUD 9 STATE OF MIND MASSAGE THERAPY

I have known Benita for a long time now and she is an amazing massage therapist. She has fixed many neck and back issues for me in years past and I suppose she will for years to come. I have never met someone more passionate about their profession than Benita. She uses multiple modalities, great technique, and her vast knowledge of the body to achieve maximum results with her therapy. Anyways, I should have written this review after the first time she worked on me, but better late than never.

I went to Cloud 9 yesterday for issues I have been having in my lower back for over a month now. This place came recommended from a local chiropractor so I thought I would give them a try. All I can say is thank goodness I did. Benita is an amazing therapists with wonderful hands and knowledge of her profession like I've never seen. She adjusted her pressure during the massage to suit my needs and what I could take. If you just want lotion rubbed on your body then this is not the place for you, but if you want true therapy then you need to go to Cloud 9. She is truly a master of her craft.

Went to a massage therapist today, will never go to her again. She was great at what she did but was in and out of the room, would stop the massage to talk me and my husbands head off and charged us for the 30 minutes that she was doing all that, and then tried to charge me a extra 10$ because she tried to say I wanted two hours when I never gave her a set time I told her I wanted a hour when I got there so she was really rude about that. Then she tried to say that because I change the time by 30 minutes that I owed her 10 extra dollars because Needed to come in at four instead of 330 when she was not busy at all she even told me to call her and let her know if I needed to change the time and that it wouldn’t be a problem so then when my time is up and then when his time is up she tells me that I have to pay her 10 extra dollars for that because I told her I needed to show up 30 minutes later which is ridiculous I’ve never heard of anything like that she tried to say because she went five minutes over on my hour that it went into my husbands time when his time has nothing to do with my time that’s just common sense and professionalism and so she basically took 30 minutes of his hour since she went five minutes over on my hour which is so unprofessional it’s unreal and to think I was going to tip her 50$ lol so glad I didn’t , I will never Go to cloud nine massage ever again.

By far one of the best massages I've ever had. She is extremely thorough and appropriately asks for feedback throughout the entire session to make sure she is addressing your needs and not being too firm. Not once did I feel like I was being rushed out the door to serve the next client. I'm a very satisfied customer and will definitely be returning for maintenance therapy.

Went into Cloud 9 with extreme neck pain and when I left, I felt 100% better. Highly recommended.
