First time visiting this location. Service was quick, polite, professional and very helpful in that we had QR codes we were using for the first time as well. The staff took it in stride and told us just what we needed to do. The food and coffee was fresh, hot, and tasty as always.
As I tend to use the drive-thru often, the workers have all but come accustomed to my voice/order that I basically don't have to complete it before they recognize my voice. They are very pleasant with an upbeat attitude and because of it, I find myself ordering coffee on those days I don't even want any. Lol
Breakfast sammiches are awesome,even though the other day when I went through drive thru got shorted on my order...but that was the 1st time an they was very busy so I understand, I've been in that kind of business and it's fast paced an it happens
I'm not sure if its just new people training but the lines at this location are ridiculous. In the morning im looking to get my coffee and go not wait in line for 20 minutes without the car in front of me even ordering.
Clean, efficient, friendly and fast and, nicely located. I give this Dunkin' Donuts 5 stars.
