I don't know what happened here today, but the coffee was terrible. I ordered a latte with almond milk, but what I got was bitter, and had hardly any milk in it. I'm not even sure it was almond milk they put in it. See photo. A latte should not be that dark. I gave 3 stars because they're not always this bad.

I walk my dog around this mall for training and exposure and we always stop by this Starbucks for a Puppaccino and my coffee. the staff is ALWAYS so great! They are SO excited to see him and yet are SO RESPECTFUL of me training him(people rushing to pet and over excited gets him hyped and not focused). This to me is TOP NOTCH customer service! Oh and my orders are always on Point!

Horrible service! Employee didn’t even attempt to help make the situation better! Told me go to the grocery store instead! What kind of establishment doesn’t have change to give a customer after purchasing their drinks!!

Incredibly slow service, even when you order ahead.nnDoesn't matter what time of day. They just don't seem to have an understanding of how I get an order complete in a timely fashion.

Super long line of about 10 people with another 15 people waiting on their drinks and it seems not all staff is working for the customers. Seems like they just want to get out on time without really thinking about the customer’s time. Only one person making drinks. Breaking down and cleaning the food display case when there is such a rush seems like not a good use of time. Friendly staff but I definitely won’t stop at this busy and inefficient Starbucks in the future.
