One of the workers gave me attitude for no reason saying what type of ice cream you getting then said one second later said dont think to hard dont let it hurt you like i was post to know what type of ice i was going to get as soon as i walked in definitely not coming back here
Why on earth do they think it is ok to not stuff ice cream down into the cake cone? If I wanted a hollow, empty cake cone I would just order a scoop in a bowl. You go to any ice cream place and they put ice cream in the bottom of the cake cone before putting the scoop on top. It's the glue that holds the ice cream on and it's the best part about getting a cake cone, but no, this place just leaves you with a dry empty cone. So cheap.
The staff is very kind and hard working!
Typical Baskin-Robbins. Went there by myself after work. Place was still busy despite the pouring rain. It did take the server a while to notice me. Then she proceeded to take the order of the person behind me like I was invisible or something. But other than that the ice cream was great as usual. Ordered a scoop of mint chocolate chip ice cream and a scoop of pistachio almond ice cream in a waffle cone.
Ordering ice cream cakes online has worked out great. The staff always do a great job of getting them ready on time. Always important for birthdays.
