I had my 2 Shelties groomed there. Great job and boys came home beautifully brushed and smelling good!
I brought my dog there and noticed the next day, that his cut was not blended well in the face area. I then had to take him to vet ( also the next day) for an ear infection. He had crust around his ear area. And to top it off, one side of his rear was raw to the skin! They either shaved or brushed him too hard on that side. They can say what they want but when I dropped my dog off he was fine. I know my dog just like you know yours! I won’t bring him there ever again! And to think I paid good $ for this!
So easy to book appointments. You call, they tell you when to drop off and when to pick up. They are always on time and the dogs look and smell good.
They always do a great job with our dogs! They smell good for months and the last one they came out literally sparkling!!!
They said my dog was aggressive but he’s not. What I did find when I got home was that my dog has a blood shot eye that he did not have when I dropped him off that morning. He was only there a couple hours so I’m not sure what happened to my baby!
