Just wanted to give a HUGE shout out to the entire team at Powhatan Real Estate Settlements. They have done my personal & investment properties for years (along with the many clients I have referred) & continuously go above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly. Great fast and friendly service!
They did not spell my name correctly even when I had to verify that everything was correct beforehand. Now I have my named incorrect on a legal document and they will not fix it and told me not to worry about it. Not having my name correct is a big deal and they ignore me now.
PRES has a great team! They have handled several transactions for me over the years and always gone above and beyond. They are very good at all of the hard title issues and can even replace the need for an attorney most of the time(saved me $). It's nice to know a company out there still cares more about its customers than just the bottom line! Thanks again PRES and we will do business again.
