I found Ross’s Jewelers to be friendly and professional.
The staff and selection at Ross’s Fine Jewelers are great! When I recently lost an earring Troy helped me find a mate for it. When I decided to go a different route they turned my earring into a pendant quickly and beautifully. Wonderful customer service!
With absolutely the best service, great prices and the friendliest folks, they have always exceeded our expectations. Additionally, they worked with us in designing and creating my wife’s unique custom engagement ring. They are innovative, detailed and focused, strive for impeccable customer satisfaction, and are the best place to go for fine jewelry and repairs.
My wife and I stopped in on a whim and had a great experience. Troy showed us around, and was personable and professional. They have an awesome selection of estate jewelry, and we ended up purchasing a beautiful silver bracelet. Jamie, the jeweler was super friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this place; it’s worth a trip to Kilmarnock to check out. We will definitely be going back!
