VA DMV is a joke. call to ask questions as a dealer but they don't have time to answer the phone and tell you that an appointment is mandatory. Wait over two months for first appointment, just for them to say they can't help dealers from NC and say we should've known. How would we know when you won't talk on the phone? We could leave the work but would take them 60-90 days before they would process. I've already waited 2 months for the appointment. INSANE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
