Great all around tanning spa! The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful about the packages and the products. A very special thank you! and shout out to both Taylor's! I’ve been coming to palm beach for a long time now. I’ve always received great service. But, this evening I was greeted by Taylor E., she was an absolute DOLL. She informed me of all the promos I had linked to my account and I ended up rolling along with one. She was extremely kind and knowledgeable.. just all around a complete JOY. She even warned me when I came out of the room that the floor was wet before I entered the lobby area so that I wouldn’t slip (yes there were wet floor signs but it’s the principle of it). 10/10 will start utilizing the colonial heights location more! The staff is phenomenal!!! Very knowledgeable about the products, extremely clean beds. They have the best beds & stand up tanning bed that's amazing. The Mystic spray tan was something new to me & they took the time to explain how it works, find my color match & I had great results!!!!
