Poor customer service.! Really rude and disrespectful.nWe went there a day before for consultation and the lady was sugar coat everything. We thought everything was good then came back the next day to buy the couch and 2 swirled chairs. Sarah and the other ladies was misled the information and they both provided different information to us.nnAt first they said the sofa was not ready and it to be custom so it will be 50% then after a few they said it ready and we have to paid 100% today. We were just in negotiation and Sarah was implying my family doesn’t have enough money then get out and come back when we ready.nnShe was completely rude and disrespectful. Plus the other lady with long black hair was so unprofessional couldn’t provide precise information.nnHorrible experience.!

Beautiful hardware. Unfortunately, it was packaged w/ ultra cheap wall anchors that ruined my sheetrock. Very expensive mistake!

Bought a master bedroom set from here with my membership for the discount. The line of credit account I opened allows for 12 month interest free payments, which was a no brainer. The furniture arrived within a week, but the dresser was too large for where I was planning to put it. Thankfully they have a reasonable 30-day return policy so I am exchanging it for a smaller one.

poor costumer service. I called this location to buy some furniture. interior designer name Jennifer Stange called. we agreed to email her dimensions and some inspiration pics from online which I did and she will put the pieces together by followed up the visit to their show room. since then I have emailed her couple times to check but never heard anything back. 2 weeks went by and I even sent a very straight forward email that if you don't want to help. just let me know but still no word. you just lost a costumer who really wanted to buy some furniture. I was looking for a local vendor although now I will go back to furnitureland south who provides an excellent design with costumer service. shame on you RH
