Words can not describe what a horrible experience I have had with this company. I ordered a chair and ottoman for my daughter’s nursery in October. It was promised in December. I paid in full at the time. Upon receiving my first notice of delay in delivery I tried to get a refund but they refused. Now it is February, I have been charged twice. For the two pieces of furniture and my daughter has not received either item. I am beyond disgust,

Went in here once to browse during the day when it was slow. There were about 4 people at the check out registers when I came in, 3 of which who were doing nothing, and not one greeted me. None of the associates who passed me asked if I needed help or was looking for something particular. I expect better customer service, especially in a store that is supposed to be more high end. I couldn't help but feel like I was being judged by the ladies working there, all older white women. As a young black woman it felt like they didn't even bother greeting or assisting me because of my apparent age and skin color. Now hopefully that is not actually reflective of their feelings and I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it was hard for me not to think that way.

Don’t do curbside pickup here. I waited in my car for 30 minutes after telling them I was in the curbside parking spot (exactly where the instructions say to park). After 30 mins I called back asking how much longer it would be and ended up just going inside anyway after they said they didn’t know where I was. Then they were rude and made it seem like it was my fault for not parking directly outside the store by the stop sign where there is heavy traffic. Seriously, they should hire someone who can figure out how to efficiently run their curbside pickup business because that was a joke. Wasted an hour of my time.

Received a gift from Pottery Barn and sought to return/exchange it at the store. Had to return in person and wait to receive a store credit for about a week and then order a replacement product. Also, customer reviews of products no longer seem to exist, so the Belgian Flax Linen product line that I purchased is now horribly faded after two washes per the instructions, and Pottery Barn only reminded me that the return policy is 30 days. I’ve owned the duvet for ten months. So there’s that. Horrible product, poor customer service, and no recourse despite steep prices.
