Texas Roadhouse

One of my favorite places missed the mark in service tonight.

“Texas Don’t Go House”nnThe worst experience for an out of town family.nnI am disappointed to have to write this review being that I typically enjoy the Texas Roadhouse franchise; excluding this particular store #385 (active manager: Romeo Ayala). After being on the road for hours, my family thought it would be safer and more efficient to order curbside pick up. Unfortunately for Texas Roadhouse, efficient was inferior for the company. Apparently eating utensils are uncommon among the restaurant chain. Yes, that is correct, a place where you dine on steak, salads, and other entrees will neglect your needs to eat properly with a simple knife, spoon, and fork. Not only will they abandon essential eating necessities, they will also exclude any priority accompanied essentials like dressing to an entree salad or chicken tender meals to selective children.nTo add fuel to the fire, when addressing these concerns to the alleged manager, Romeo Ayala, the response was callous and nonchalant, as if he has no family at home to feed himself. There was no remorse I his voice for the lack there of customer satisfaction, quality service, or at least half way decent dining experience.nThe tone of this establishment completely turned me and my family off from the Texas Road House food chain. I will no longer recommend the restaurant to loved ones or host any events here.nIf they condone this type of behavior with customers, what more can we expect from the people who prepare the food ?nThis is not a roadhouse to Texas, this is a No Go house for hungry families.

We will never go back to the one in Colonial Heights, they're always messing up our order even when we use to dine in. My husband steak was raw last week so I called & talked to the manager & she told me to bring it back with the receipt & they're give him another steak. I told her I was not in Va. We live in North Carolina she said just bring the receipt when I come back not the steak , today she changes her story & wouldn't even come tell me herself & did not replace my husband steak so we are done!

The food no good it was my Birthday

I am Active Duty and back Stateside for the first time in over 10 years. (Back story over)nnI came in alone and the staff greeting was a breath of fresh air, kind faces. They had genuine conversations and cared for what I said.nnThe food was amazing (I got a steak and ribs combo) it was perfect.nnAshleigh was my server, I believe. Best ever!nThe hostess was super kind.nCooks need to be kept.nnOnce i was done eating, I found out that my meal was paid for already and the server was very good at not releasing who paid.nn10 out of 10nnWill definitely come back many times
