I don’t write reviews, but I feel like I needed to share about my AMAZING experience with Twila. I’m a teacher and I’ve been beyond stressed with my work life and personal life lately. I FINALLY booked a massage and got placed with Twila by chance. Let me tell you, this lady is phenomenal and well worth seeing. She asked at the beginning what areas needed focus, I told her to do her thing, but my back is a mess and needed a little more attention. She gave perfect medium-firm pressure, not painful, but I definitely felt the work. The most insane and obvious thing for me is that Twila cares so much about physical health and loves what she does! I’ve never really experienced that, but I could FEEL how much she cared about making sure my back was taken care of and that each little knot was worked through without feeling pain. I feel like I could keep rambling about my experience, but I know for sure that I’ll be getting a massage by Twila again. If you even think about trying her out, I say BOOK IT!

I had a great massage with Benjamin. He was professional, asked what was bothering me physically so he knew what to take extra time working on, and asked about the level of pressure I liked. We had a great conversation throughout the massage and the 90 minutes seemed to fly by. I definitely felt more relaxed than when I walked in.nnThe location itself is in a nice spot. Street parking was easy to find, and I think there is a parking garage right nextdoor for some businesses. I plan on coming back to this Massage Envy location.

For starters, I was 15 minutes late and the general manager still allowed me to be seen! I called while en route and explained the situation and he completed my paperwork via phone and when I walked in he checked my temp and took me to my room. Wassell was gentle, patient, and professional the entire time. The spa was relaxing, temp was nice and cool, and there was no one else in the building or at least I didn’t see anyone else.

ME Clarendon continues to impress me with their use of technology to implement safety protocol and the way the staff is trained to implement procedures that comply with COVID restrictions. Also, Carl is the BEST! He uses the time required to assess the client’s needs and is skilled enough to use the appointment time to hit problem areas thoroughly but also provide a full service/body massage.

Kyle, my massage therapist at Massage Envy Clarendon, is absolutely wonderful. Not only is he extremely professional, but he earns my highest recommendation in tailoring sessions to meet my specific needs that time. From stress reduction, to addressing tension areas like the neck and shoulders from computer use, to focusing on hamstrings when they are in need of some TLC, Kyle knows what I need and how to fix it. I would try and see him once a week if my budget allowed!
