Give me something to complain about and I WILL!!! No complaints here. I recently purchased a desk from this location. Emlyn was very helpful. She warned me that it may be up to 6 weeks for delivery, but it arrived in 2 1/2 weeks. Delivery people were nice & on time. End to end stress free process. And the desk is BEAUTIFUL, I love it. Thanks Bassett, thanks Emlyn, thanks Google.
Was hoping to buy a sectional from Bassett but based on some of the reviews this place should be avoided. There are plenty of better furniture suppliers who care about their customers.
If I'm splashing out on furniture, telling me that you've reduced customization options because of COVID-19 isn't how you close a sale.
Bought a wood table and a couch from this location. The table is low quality and the finish scratches off easily, even with a fingernail. The couch however has been great.
