We went back to see Roxanne. Roxanne even gave me a box of the purple mattress samples as fidgets for kids at my school I work at! My husband and I went in to check out the purple mattress. We were helped by Roxy. She gave the perfect combination of information + space to let us test mattresses out. Not pushy at all. It was a really enjoyable experience and we ended up purchasing. Very glad we went through mattress firm rather than ordering online ... it just felt like a more informative process with all the options available. Roxy was very accommodating. Roxy, helped me and she is a wonderful person and very knowledgeable. We conversed and she made me feel comfortable. She also told me where the best place to get a comforter was. James was extremely thorough with helping me. He made sure I found the mattress that was perfect for me and went the extra mile to make sure I was getting the best price possible. He also related to me on a personal level and was very easy to talk to. James is great!
This place is the best mattress store we have been to!! We were undecided the first day and came back the next day to look at the beds again. They were extremely patient with us and did everything we could to make sure we were comfortable with the sale!! Would recommend them to anyone!!
