I had done my research and tested out the mattresses. I knew the exact mattress I wanted and heard good things about the customer service at Mattress Firm Arlington. I also received a Veteran's discount. The customer service was excellent and the place was clean.
Vanna is an excellent representative. She was patient and kind. Beyond knowledgeable on different types of beds and what pairs together. She also looked for different options and items that were in stock for us to get right away. This was a great experience and we will definitely return for our future bed purchases.
