I had a great experience at the Pentagon City store. I had visited the location on more than one occasion and every time the young lady working was extremely helpful. Angelica was able to answer every question I had every time I visited the store. Her help was very instrumental in my purchase decision. I was blown away with my first sactional purchase. It is truly a hardy product. It's able to survive my accidental wine spills and kitty cat. My second sactional purchase experience was something to brag about. The two ladies who helped me were kind enough to walk me through ALL my options of sides and seats using the blocks. They made me feel like I was part of their family. It's hard to find places that offer that kind of feeling when making a large purchase. Well done and thank you!

1/3 of the associates I dealt with was knowledgeable, professional and helpful. She was so above and beyond that she saved the sale. The other two associates were terrible. Honestly, go into the showroom and work with Nikiya or just do online. I wouldn’t bother with any other associates. Nikiya gets 5 stars but the other get one star so I’m giving 3 ⭐ufe0f
