I adore this store and the customer service. Christina is a gem who has a keen eye for design. Everything arrived exactly when they said it would in perfect condition, even despite COVID slowing most deliveries down. I recently had an item break, and they immediately sent me a new one free of charge, no shipping fee, no hassle. They have become my go-to store for anything home related.

The store is well stocked, and the products are great! Some of the staff were great, but interacting with other members of the staff felt like I was in an episode of the office. They seemed to think I should have known all the answers to the questions I was asking, which left us both confused. Eventually, I was able to check out which took about 7 minutes because the staff member didn’t understand what my name was. It was a frustrating, but comical experience.
I would have given it 5 stars but the inventory was low. The employees were great though.
Shopped for couches and was very impressed by the options and quality. Sawsan was a big help and showed us a lot of the different fabric options and colors and was very knowledgeable and has been able to help with other accent pieces as well. Good experience
