Building is abandoned, no telephone service at all, you don't see no one can give you an answer about visas or passports.

Im trying to get a prorroga for my mom's passport and the website Saime gives me the option to pick it up at the Washington Embassy, but they are close, and we don't know when they will open!!!!!!!! they just want to take your money! What a Disaster.

TOURIST VISA - DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. I planned a trip to Venezuela. I bought entry and exit flights and went over every document with the man at the counter. I had a letter of invitation. I have no criminal record nor am I involved in politics. Regardless, I was denied without explanation. -- I gave two stars because the staff were very friendly.
