Great service. I needed an expedited passport and the guys at Atlas Visa were helpful, kind, and informative every step of the way. If I ever need any visa/passport services in the future, I will definitely be coming back!

I have been the passport and visa manager at the Dept. of Energy and the Dept. of Commerce and I know what it takes to obtain visas and passports. I can honestly state that this place is amazing. After working with Atlas to obtain visas and passports for my current company, I have come to find that their staff has been nothing short of outstanding. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and very prompt in their responses. I truly recommend that if you need a passport or visa, please consider their services, you will not be disappointed.

I came to use Atlas Visa Services through the recommendation of Kevin from Monument Visa Services (I've used Kevin's services before but due to the recent reinforcement of embassy/consulate jurisdiction region limits, I was unable to use him for my China L visa as I'm located under the LA consulate's jurisdiction--otherwise, he's great to go to!). Atlas Visa Services are very easy to use: the website lists everything that you need to give them to get the job done, and their prices may be slightly more costly than some others, but you can feel more assured that they'll get it done properly. I was able to stay in contact with Sami, so I knew when my application was being processed and when they sent it out to return to me. Unlike many companies that charge a surcharge for using a credit card to pay, Atlas Visa did not; which is great to not have that additional cost. If you're planning to mail them documents, I would suggest including a paid return envelope to save yourself some money: USPS flat rate is cheaper than their return shipping costs.

I last used this service in 2014. It was expensive, but good. I didn’t have to go to the Nigerian embassy for my work visa. Now I’m told that I must go to the embassy for my visa. So where’s the value and the service if I’m doing the leg work?nI don’t know what happened, but I have to try other services to see if this issue is everywhere. If so, then I’ll reconsider this review.
