I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I feel that this needs some attention from management. I ordered a family meal via DoorDash last night. Let me start by saying that it seemed to be a great value and there was a ton of food. Salmon, broccoli, potatoes, salad, and a baguette. The portions were large. The baguette was fresh. The salad, not so much. The potatoes and broccoli were great. When we opened the salmon, it had an odor. My partner smelled it and determined she couldn’t eat it because it smelled so bad. I was a little more trusting and tried it. It tasted like frozen salmon. The texture was weird and a few bites in it started to taste totally fishy so we decided to throw the rest of the salmon away. I ended up with food poisoning. Maybe this was just a bad batch or something but I’d be terrified to eat here ever again.

Having grown up and living in Texas, the ground zero of this chain, I was so saddened to see what COVID19 has done to ruin a decent food experience. The whole place was dotted with brave souls trying to make the best of the restrictions, but the tactile prohibitions have destroyed the traditions of free bread, refills, eating inside, and strained the happy conversations with masking.nnThe food was typical and good, but the dark mood was a lot to overcome.

Exceptional food, very friendly staff members, constantly great character. They charge fair rates and the food quality is great. 5 stars.

Love La Madeleine, been coming here for years is great food and coffees but the service was horrible. They gave me my food one by one. I ended up eating cold food and cold coffee. Too slow and it was empty. They are not organized at all.

I love La Madeleine. Their food is always fresh and delicious. They have friendly and fast service and great portions for the prices.
