So many ice cream and topping combinations. You can't go wrong with cold stone. This location is close to a park so it might be nice to get some ice cream and sit in the park on the warmer days. The staff here is small but very nice.
The area in crystal city is really great. Place is small but still awesome service. We had a very large group of people come in and order at the same time and the workers did amazing and did not mess up even one order! They were great! Cold stone ice cream is the best.
Quick, fresh and delicious! A bit pricey but too delicious to complain.
Confronted the owner about throwing away our extra ice cream and brownies that we paid for and she proceeded to blame her staff and say that corporate doesn’t like when they have customers mix flavors. Very weird to me why she would spend 15 mins arguing with a loyal customer over apologizing. I didn’t even want anything free. Was a very odd experience.nnWe were not charged for EXTRA brownies, but we were charged for the largest ice cream which comes with 2 mix ins (that where thrown away). After discussing with the owner for about 10 minutes we left, as it seemed that she was not interested in good customer service and just wanted to prove her point.
